Command-line tool to identify nonfree RPM packages installed on systems
vrms-rpm is a clone of the vrms tool (which scans installed packages for nonfree/proprietary software). vrms-rpm performs the same function as vrms but for systems which use RPM for package management.
In addition to listing the nonfree packages, vrms-rpm can explain why a certain package is not free software, as well as output the package summary to aid the user in finding replacements.
Users can define custom lists of licenses to check for, or use one of the bundled lists.
