adequate checks packages installed on the system and reports bugs and policy violations.

The following checks are currently implemented: * broken symlinks; * missing copyright file; * obsolete conffiles; * Python modules not byte-compiled; * /bin and /sbin binaries requiring /usr/lib libraries; * undefined symbols.
