IceCat is based on Firefox ESR. Firefox ESR version 60.0 (Firefox ESR version 57 was never released) was released 8th May 2018. I have no idea if the delay will be extra long since it's the first Firefox Quantum-based (Firefox 57+) IceCat version. Please be patient.
