Anti-features

gh requires a GitHub account. Creating an account requires nonfree JavaScript.

Authenticating gh for the first time requires using a web browser.

The default behavior of `gh issue view` is to open a web browser to display the issue page. `gh issue view -p` must be used to display the issue in the terminal.
