These add-ons are not proposed, they have been approved by the FSF. However they have not been officially listed on the IceCat page yet for unknown reasons.

Language packs
Language packs are add-ons that let you to have more languages available for the user interface of IceCat.
To find language packs for your version of IceCat, visit http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/, click on your version (also look in newer version of your release), then go to the langpacks directory.
better-defaults.xpi collection
It has been suggested in the bug-gnuzilla@gnu.org mailing list that the default icecat install should come without any add-ons pre-installed. This would reflect the default Firefox ESR that IceCat are forked on. For example LibreJS is still `experimental`.
This collection can easily be compressed into a single file with the CLEO add-on and be prompted for installation the first time a user open IceCat.
