General-purpose URL loading library for Emacs.
The URL.el package aims to be the `plumbing' used by all Emacs packages that need to access resources on the World Wide Web. It provides an easy interface to loading URLs, and makes adding new protocols very simple
The GNU Emacs URL Loading Package is now included in Emacs.
