9flare

9flare is a minimal, extensible proof-of-work CAPTCHA implementation written in C, inspired by Anubis. It operates as a FastCGI program, forgoing an integrated HTTP server in the interest of simplicity, and relies on nginx to forward cleared visitors to their destination via its error code fallback mechanism. Broad browser compatibility is a design priority, so you will experience no friction using 9flare with lightweight browsers such as NetSurf or Lynx. JavaScript is entirely optional, and all JavaScript is advertised as AGPLv3 to LibreJS.

Program started as a text to PostScript converter, with pretty printing and all the expected features of this kind of program, but it can now handle other file types (PostScript, Texinfo, DVI, web-authoring, PDF, etc.) provided you have the necessary tools. While highly configurable, everything was designed so that even a novice can do complicated PostScript manipulations. For instance, the program can delegate the processing of some files to other filters (such as groff, texi2dvi, dvips, gzip,etc.) which allows a uniform treatment (n-up, page selection, duples, etc.) of heterogeneous files It also includes support for a wide range of programming languages, encodings (ISO Latins, Cyrillic, etc.), medias, and Native Language Support (NLS).

AAAAXY

AAAAXY is a platformer puzzle exploration video game with non-Euclidian geometry in a two-dimensional perspective. This means a path can suddenly lead to a different location. Expect surprising puzzles... and a minor amount of trolling...

ADG

The ADG library (Automatic Drawing Generation) is a set of functions focused on automating the drawing of mechanical parts. It is not a CAD system but a library providing a non-interactive canvas where you can put common CAD entities such as paths, xatches and quotes, to create your technical drawings. The final result can be displayed inside a GTK+ widget or exported to any cairo available format, such as PostScript and PDF documents or PNG and SVG images.

Aardvark Shellutils

The Aardvark Shell Utils collection includes the following three utilities:

• Realpath, implementation of the 'realpath' function for returning the canonicalized absolute pathname of an input path. This generates an absolute pathname with all symlinks resolved and all '.' and '..' characters removed. Many commands do not work well with relative paths or paths containing symlinks. Realpath resolves these absolute paths.
• Filebase, returns the base portion of a filename, that is the filename with its extension (e.g. .txt) removed. It returns everything preceeding the last period in the input string. The period itself is not returned.
• Fileext, returns the extension portion of a filename (e.g. txt). It returns everything following the last period in the input string. The period itself is not returned.

Ack

Ack is designed as a replacement for 99% of the uses of grep. ack is intelligent about the files it searches. It knows about certain file types, based on both the extension on the file and, in some cases, the contents of the file. Ack ignores backup files and files under CVS and .svn directories. It also highlights matches to help you see where the match was. Ack uses perl regular expressions.

AdaControl

AdaControl verifies that Ada software meets the requirements of a number of parameterizable rules. It is not intended to supplement checks made by the compiler, but rather to search for particular violations of good-practice rules, or to check that some rules are obeyed project-wide. This package also contains the following utilities:

• pfni: Print Full Name Image - expands any identifier to a

fully-qualified name

• ptree: Prints a graphic representation

of an ASIS tree with corresponding source
